It is time for our annual pizza fundraiser! We need your help to make this fundraiser a success! Pizza Making and Pick-Up Day is set for Saturday, January 17. We need over 100 volunteers per shift to make this massive day happen! This is a fantastic way to support Emanuel Lutheran School, as all proceeds benefit Emanuel Lutheran School. Why Volunteer? Make a Difference: All funds raised will be used for purchases. The top priority is a gym floor covering and rack, which is estimated to cost about $17,000. The next priority is touch-screen Chromebooks for PreK–1st Grade, estimated to cost about $5,000. Win Prizes: Those who volunteer on January 17 will be entered in a prize drawing! We will select ten winners from students (grades 5–8) and ten winners from the high school–adult volunteer group. Join the fun: All adults, especially parents of Emanuel students, are encouraged to volunteer. Students in 5th–8th grade are encouraged to volunteer, but they must do so with a parent or guardian...

As another church year ends, we remember that the story is not yet finished—Christ will return. We don't know when, but Scripture keeps us ready and watchful. God's Word is filled with promises already fulfilled in Christ and promises still to come. As we cling to His Word, the Spirit fills us with eager anticipation for the day when faith will become sight. Want to hear more? We may think of judgment as frightening, but without judgment, there can be no justice. Jesus promises to return as Judge, and that is good news: every wrong will be made right, and every tear will be wiped away. Because justice is in His hands, we are freed from the desire for revenge and given peace, trusting that God's judgment will be perfect. Want to hear more?
