  • "There was a bright star..."  The children will speak of the star in their Christmas service.  This week we learned that God the Father placed that star in the sky to proclaim the birth of His son!  The star caught the attention of some very wise and important men from far away.  They knew enough about a new appearing star that they traveled for a very long time over very rough terrain to find out exactly what that star meant.  They found out!  The star led them straight to their everlasting salvation, Jesus!  May that star always remind us that our Savior came to this world just for us!
  • THANK YOU!!  Thank you to you all!  The Christmas Service was amazing!  Every student that was supposed to be there was there!  That is a first in 13 years for me!  Way to go!  Above everything else, the children were amazing ambassadors for their Savior's birth.  The service can be found here  to enjoy again or share with those who couldn't be here!

  • Christmas Feast! You are invited to bring a snack for our Christmas days. Healthy options are encouraged! Cheese, sausage, fruit, veggies, and crackers are all great choices. We love the treats too! Remember, many friends may be bringing something so small portions are good. Servings of 6-10 are plenty! We learn on these days how to make good choices!
  • We will be sharing our Christmas cheer with our community the last week of school!  We will be in need of drivers Wednesday, December 17, and Thursday, December 18, for both classes.  Please consider if you would be able to shine for Jesus by driving us to some of our caroling stops!  We visit some of our church family who are not able to get out and about or need some cheer! If you are interested, please reply or stop and talk as soon as possible for planning purposes! Don't forget to begin your driver paperwork in the office as soon as possible as well.  EVERY student will need to bring their carseat/booster on the day(s) of caroling.  The school no longer has a large supply.  The schedule is still being finalized.  I will send that out as soon as I have it!

  • We have learned many Christmas Carols through this season.  As we go into Christmas make sure you have your child sing along when you hear them on the radio, on a playlist, and IN CHURCH!!  Alert your child when they know the song and have them sing along.  We learned "Away in a Manger", "Silent Night", "Go Tell it on the Mountain", and "Joy to the World"!

  • Encouraging family devotions as an important part of your day is close to my heart.  Here is a tool that makes devotions something your family can do...now just carve out 5 minutes a day to get close to Jesus!  WELS Family Devotions
