Building Stronger Bonds with Chapel Family Pumpkin Painting

Our students enjoyed a creative activity for their October Chapel Family gathering: Pumpkin Painting!

These special Chapel Family groups are a core part of our school community. Once a month, K-8 students gather, led by a teacher or staff member, to engage in activities designed to help them get to know peers across different grades and foster a strong sense of school-wide connectedness.

Students enjoyed painting various designs on the pumpkins. It was wonderful to see all the unique and colorful results displayed, a fun reminder of their collaborative spirit and the benefits of fellowship.

This community spirit reflects the wisdom found in Scripture: "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their hard work. If one of them falls, his companion can lift him up... A rope with three strands is not quickly snapped." (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10a, 12b, EHV)
