Come to our east parking lot for candy, hot dogs, and ATV/UTVs. This event promises to be a safe and enjoyable environment for families to come together. Come check out Emanuel. Be sure to come back for worship on Saturday at 5:15 p.m., Sunday at 8 a.m. or 10:30 a.m., or Monday at 6:30 p.m.  

Join us for an exciting event this Friday – JAM (Jesus and Me) Time! Calling all young families to be part of the fun on Friday, October 6, starting at 8:15 in the vibrant surroundings of the Emanuel Commons and gym. Access through doors 2 and 3, conveniently located in the horseshoe parking lot off Quincy St. It's a time to connect with Jesus, engage in creative crafts, and get our bodies moving with some energetic "JAMming." Don't forget to extend the invitation to your friends, family, and neighbors – the more, the merrier! See you there!   

Join us on stage for the fall book fair Tuesday- Friday, October 17, 18, 19 and 20. Each class will have a time slot during the day to shop and we will also be open during lunch time for students to shop. An eWallet is available through Scholastic if you prefer not to send cash with your student. Who doesn’t like a good pizza?  On November 4th, teachers, parents, and other volunteers will be joining in a fun day of pizza making in the gym to raise funds for Emanuel Lutheran School.  The fundraiser and pizza-making day is quite a process that is well organized by a company called PizzaPros from Green Bay.  We need many volunteers to make this fundraiser a success! Volunteers are needed on November 4th to assemble pizzas, package orders, and clean up. Students in grades 5-8 may come and help if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The fundraiser requires over 100 volunteers for the day of the event, so please sign up to help if you are available. You can sign up in the school office or via the online SignUp Genius . You have maybe heard the accusation or perhaps even made it yourself: “He’s so fake!” That charge claims someone’s friendliness or kindness is a sham. Such insincerity bothers us. We would generally rather someone be honest about how they feel about us than be fake. Through a story, Jesus teaches us that God feels the same. God doesn’t want us to simply go through religious motions like some sort of show. He sees right through that. God’s desire is that our repentance would demonstrate sincere sorrow over sin. God wants us to see the grace and forgiveness he has shown us in Christ, and in response, to love him back deeply and sincerely. Want to hear more? We plan to post this video on our Emanuel YouTube channel and link it to other social media during the weekend of November 11.
