  • Jesus has ascended into heaven and is preparing a home for you and for me!  This week we focused on Jesus' work of getting a forever home ready for us in heaven.  While we wait here on earth to get to that forever home, Jesus has given us a big, big job...we are to go and tell!  All year we have learned to go and tell, and now we see when Jesus gave that command.  We are ready to go to our friends and neighbors and teach them the great news that we are all saved.  Help your children find opportunities to share the good news of Jesus!
  • Our field trip is Monday!  We are so excited(I don't know who is more excited, the children or the teacher!)!  A bus will pick us up for departure at 8:20/12:20 and return at 10:30/2:30.  Everyone who has volunteered to chaperone has been cleared with their background check! Please have your child wear Emanuel shirts(if they have one), pants/shorts and shoes that can get dirty! If God provides us with rain, please send boots. We have plenty of inside spots on the farm so we will go no matter the weather! Parents traveling with, please come to school with your child. If you could park on quincy street, it would be much appreciated! There are many field trips that day and limited parking with the renovation.  If you have any questions, please reach out!We look forward to hosting you all at our farm!
  • A huge thank you to Mrs. Jensen for a fantastic Try 5K!  Our 4Ks are all so excited to be at Emanuel all day every day surrounded by Jesus and learning about His world!
  • As the weather warms, remember the dress code! It can be found in the family handbook in the links section of Fast Direct. For 3K and 4K it is especially important to have backs on their shoes! Layers often help in the Wisconsin weather!  Then winter coats sometimes need to return as well!!  Keep watching the weather!
  • Encouraging family devotions as an important part of your day is close to my heart.  Here is a tool that makes devotions something your family can do...now just carve out 5 minutes a day to get close to Jesus!  WELS Family Devotions
