  • Jesus was on trial before Pilate.  The Pharisees made up lies and told stories about Jesus in order to crucify him.  They worked with a crowd to create anger and an uproar.  Pilate could find no wrong in Jesus because Jesus had done NO WRONG!!  The crowd was taken over by the lies of the Pharisees.  Pilate ultimately approved the crucifixion because he was afraid of the crowd and the backlash.  May we remember Jesus' suffering and pain each day and live our lives in thanksgiving for all He has done!
  • April Thrive Time Video  -  This video is a great reminder that we ALL need to find our identity in Jesus, not our work, family, or material blessings. The talk gives great reminders how to be good examples for our kids in knowing Jesus first!
  • Our stories this week were focused on our Christ-centered identity.  The message that God's love defines us is so powerful for young students and moms and dads!
  • In small group we learned different aspects of shapes(sides, angles, descriptive words).  We reviewed circle, square, and triangle.  Our new shapes are rhombus, trapezoid, and hexagon.  We sorted the shapes as we named them. We also began using them to mirror patterns.
  • As the weather warms, remember the dress code! It can be found in the family handbook in the links section of Fast Direct. For 3K and 4K it is especially important to have backs on their shoes! Layers often help in the Wisconsin weather!
