  • "Serve one another in love." Jesus teaches us this lesson with his parable(story) of the Good Samaritan. In his story, Jesus shows a man who showed love even when he wasn't "supposed to."  Two men who outwardly said they loved the Lord didn't stop to help the man who had been beaten. The Samaritan not only stopped when he was the least likely candidate, but also helped and cared for the beaten man. Jesus tells us this is how we should treat our neighbors. We acted out this lesson and that is a great way to help your children really remember the lesson. This video also helps the children visualize what it might have been like. Watch with your child!
  • Sign up! Sign up! Sign up! We have an opportunity to serve! We are serving a Lenten Supper to serve our church family during the Lent season. Our church family does so much for us from providing supplies and volunteering in our room, to praying for us. This is a way that we might give back! This opportunity is March 25th from mid-afternoon until mid-evening or whatever your availability allows. We need food donations and volunteers to serve, clean up, and greet! Click on the sign-up to read more and sign up to volunteer! Lenten Supper Sign-Up
  • We worked on our individual assessments.  This is very time-consuming, but so, so good!  I love my opportunities to work with each child individually.  They will continue next week as well.  All reports will come home 3/25/26.
  • This week we read stories that rhymed.  It is so fun to read stories that rhyme, but then these were very silly!  We read the "There was an Old Lady..." stories.  If you like silly humor and rhyming, these are for you!
  • Encouraging family devotions as an important part of your day is close to my heart.  Here is a tool that makes devotions something your family can do...now just carve out 5 minutes a day to get close to Jesus!  WELS Family Devotions
