A Creative and Spiritual Opportunity for Our Fourth Graders

Emanuel Lutheran's fourth-grade students had a fantastic opportunity to work with Glenn Erdmann, a talented glass instructor from Bethany Lutheran Church in Appleton, to create beautiful fused glass crosses. The students spent the afternoon in the TIGER room, getting hands-on experience with a unique art form while crafting a meaningful and lasting piece.

This wonderful project was made possible by a generous $250 Thrivent Action Team grant. We are incredibly grateful for the support that allows our students to participate in these enriching and creative experiences at no cost to the school.

Special thanks to Mr. Erdmann for his time, expertise, and dedication to sharing this incredible skill with our students. It's truly a blessing to have community members who invest in the growth and creativity of our young people.
