For those unfamiliar, Accelerated Reader (AR) is a program that helps encourage and track students' independent reading. It involves students choosing books at their reading level, reading them at their own pace, and then taking a short quiz to assess their comprehension. As students read and successfully complete quizzes, they earn points based on the book's length and complexity. AR helps teachers monitor progress and guide students toward their reading goals.
