  • "Zacchaeus was a wee little man, a wee little man was he!"  We sang about our Jesus lesson this week!  Check it out!  Jesus taught his people that he loves "even sinners."  Zacchaeus was viewed by others as a sinner.  The culture of the day set up different levels of sins.  This helped people feel better about themselves because others were worse sinners than they.  Jesus was demonstrating that sin is sin.  All sin is deserving of death and hell.  With this consequence, all people need His salvation, not just the "terrible sinners."  Jesus shows us in this lesson that he loves us all.  He came for us all.  Praise Jesus that he saves each of us!
  • Thank you so much to all who were able to donate food and time to the Lenten Supper! We served about 200 people. They just enjoyed the children(and grown-ups!) so much! Rhe free will offering brought in $601!! That is the most we have ever raised! It is all being used to help purchase the new paintings in the front of church!
  • April Thrive Time Video  -  This video is a great reminder that we ALL need to find our identity in Jesus, not our work, family, or material blessings. The talk gives great reminders how to be good examples for our kids in knowing Jesus first!
  • This last week and upcoming, we will have forensic students come and perform their pieces. Some are stories, and some are demonstrations. The children have loved seeing the big kids in our classroom!
  • This Week we reviewed our bar graphs from the March weather. We also reviewed basic shapes and were introduced to 3-dimensional shapes. CONE was probably our favorite!
  • Encouraging family devotions as an important part of your day is close to my heart.  Here is a tool that makes devotions something your family can do...now just carve out 5 minutes a day to get close to Jesus!  WELS Family Devotions
