Emanuel Lutheran Church: Join Our Team as a Receptionist!

We're seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the first point of contact for visitors to our welcoming Christian environment at our church and school office. You'll answer phones, greet guests, and provide administrative support to our team, fostering a positive and Christ-centered atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls professionally and efficiently, upholding our commitment to Christian hospitality.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our faith-based community.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming office environment that reflects our Christian values.

Benefits:

  • Year-round, part-time position (35 hours/week school year, 30 hours/week summer)
  • Competitive starting wage of $14/hour with adjustments for experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
