Postponed -1/12/2023 - 6:15p - Early Childhood(EC) Pledge of Allegiance(see below)

  • Jesus has now turned 12.  This was a large milestone for him.  He could now travel to the temple for the first time.  He journeyed with his family to the house of his father - God.  It was such a special place to him that he stayed behind to learn and share even more.  When Mary and Joseph finally found Jesus in the Temple after looking for him for 3 days, Jesus reminded them of his true father.  He was an obedient and perfect son so he proceeded home when asked.  What a great reminder that we too want to be in our father's house, church!  Come and join us!
  • We begin the 3rd quarter on Monday, January 15.  Watch for your child's hallway spot to change during the first week back!  This is good practice in finding their name while they hang up their own things!
  • Last Tuesday, Emanuel opened enrollment to everyone not already associated with Emanuel.  Our Christ-centered education coupled with an amazing facility and staff members creates an amazing opportunity to learn!  This is your chance to invite anyone you know who has a student in 3K-8 to join you at your school, Emanuel!
  • Postponed due to weather - new date coming, God willing! ???, 6:30ish. We look forward to our opportunity to lead the crowd of the Emanuel Tigers basketball game in the Pledge of Allegiance! This is a fun night to get out and see what it is like to be a "big kid" at Emanuel. One of the many opportunities our students have is to play basketball and be a cheerleader. Plan to come, experience some good basketball, have your child center court for the performance of the Pledge, and enjoy a night out at Emanuel!  Each student is receiving a voucher during the week for a complimentary hotdog from our Athletic department! The Girls B (5th & 6th graders) will begin at 4:30p, Boys B (5th & 6th graders) about 5:30p, Girls A (7th & 8th graders) about 6:30p, and Boys A (7th & 8th graders) about 7:30p. All times after the start of the first game are approximate due to the nature of the run times of games! Hope you all can make it out!
  • Please send warm snow clothes EVERY DAY!!  Even when there isn't snow, we use them to stay warm!
  •  Ms. Duciaume and I finished up our training on our new reporting system over the last few weeks.  Some parents received their first report on Friday.  Please reach out to me(Mrs. D) if you have not!
