  • Christ is risen! He is risen indeed! This week we learned more about the morning Jesus rose from the dead!  The angel messengers told the women, "He is alive!"  The women were the first missionaries.  They went and told the disciples the good news.  The disciples wanted to see for themselves so they too ran to the tomb.  We rejoiced all week at the Good News!  Let us rejoice every day that Jesus is risen!  That He is alive and waiting for us in heaven!  
  • We begin our farm study in preparation for our Farm Field Trip on Monday, May 22.  We are reading farm stories.  We recognized the main characters and characters in the story.  We practiced making predictions based on the cover and title.  The children are absorbing these large literary concepts really well!

  • This week and next we are working on our Mother's Day surprise...please don't ask!  We want it to be a secret!
