April 6-10, 2023 - No School - Easter Break - Come celebrate the resurrection!
  • "Zacchaeus was a wee little man, a wee little man was he!"  We sang about our Jesus lesson this week!  Check it out!  Jesus taught his people that he loves "even sinners."  Zacchaeus was viewed by others as a sinner.  The culture of the day set up different levels of sins.  This helped people feel better about themselves because others were worse sinners than they.  Jesus was demonstrating that sin is sin.  All sin is deserving of death and hell.  With this consequence, all people need His salvation, not just the "terrible sinners."  Jesus shows us in this lesson that he loves us all.  He came for us all.  Praise Jesus that he saves each of us!
  • The 3rd quarter has come to a close and progression reports are available on Fast Direct.  Please reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns.
  • This upcoming week is Holy Week.  This is the week before Easter.  As Christians, we have the great privilege to walk with Jesus to the cross and then to his resurrection!  To celebrate this greatest of blessings, we are taking the opportunity to share Jesus' love with others.  We will be Easter visiting on Wednesday during both sessions.  We are in need of some more drivers.  Please consider helping out in this way to teach our little lambs to share Jesus with others.  We will leave shortly after each class begins and be gone for about an hour to an hour and a half.  Please reach out if you are able to assist us!
  • This week we finished up our author study of Alice Schuertl.  She wrote the "Little Blue Truck" books.  We found several titles from all different seasons and holidays.  It was exciting to the children to help me read, "Beep!," each time in the different books!  Ask your child which book was his/her favorite!
  • We have reached that difficult time of the year where each day is an evaluation of what kinds of special clothes we need for outside.  Please evaluate each day and send along the things that will help your child be successful and comfortable outside!
