Pick a time and come celebrate the birth of our Savior with us at Emanuel!
  • Thank you to all who praised the Lord at the Christmas Service!  What an amazing blessing it is to have our little ones teach us about Jesus!  We continued to learn about Jesus' birth this week in Jesus time.  We focused on the amazing miracle of God becoming a baby, being born in a stable, and angels being messengers to the shepherds.
  • Christmas Collection - Please see the flyer linked with all the directions for our Christmas Collection. This is an amazing event that our students have the opportunity to participate. This is a wonderful way to teach our children to give, to care, and how to serve others! The donations have arrived...NOW it is time to create the coffee mug art, wrap the socks and chapstick, and deliver.  Our afternoon students have the opportunity Monday and Tuesday to participate in the creation and wrapping.  Then all students will participate on Wednesday to deliver! 
  •  WE NEED DRIVERS!!  If you are available Wednesday morning or afternoon, please reach out to me to drive!  Wednesday morning we will attend chapel from 8:10-9:00a and then depart for our deliveries and caroling!  We would love to have as many as possible with us!  In the afternoon, we will deliver to St. Joe's and affiliated and attached residents.  We would need our grown ups from 1:00-3:00p.  Please reach out if you are able to help!!
  • Christmas Treats- Tuesday and Wednesday(12/20&21/2022) - The children are invited to bring treats to celebrate Jesus' birthday! Please bring just a few if you choose to bring so that we do not have so many left overs. 7-10 of the treat has been about a perfect amount! The children practice good choices and limiting their choices! Holiday favorites, cookies, candies, and such are wonderful! We also welcome cheese, sausage, fruit, or veggies!

    Let's have some fun on our last three days together before 2023!
  • Please send warm snow clothes EVERY DAY!!  Even when there isn't snow, we use them to stay warm!
