Don't Forget a snack each day!
- Christ is Risen! He is Risen Indeed! Jesus came out of the grave for us! The angels announced this miraculous happening to the women. They began their message with, "Do not be afraid!" The Lord uses this message 365 times throughout the Bible, one for each day. He reminds us that we no longer need to fear anything! Jesus has done everything for us! We are forgiven and given the gift of eternal life! Thanks be to God!
- Storytime found us focusing on the farm. We read "Little Blue Truck" books that showcase farm animals and how to treat people!
- I had the great privilege to lead our chapel this week! Our pastors were off to a conference to learn more about teaching us about Jesus and share ideas! We learned how Jesus gives us a command, "Go and Make disciples." That is a big job! When we all work together we can reach more people. Then Jesus made a promise, "I am with you always!" Another reminder is that we do not need to fear or worry. The Lord is with us every step of the way!
- Our eggs continue to gain our attention and love! This week we learned all about candling. Our friend Vince in 6th grade came to class and showed us the inside of our eggs. We were looking for embryos(baby chicks!!) and spider veins. The children have been absolutely intrigued with our science focus!
